Shon was absolutely amazing!! She was so easy to work with! We communicated mostly over the phone and so when we got to the dealership all we had to do was sign papers and we were good to go! Marcus was great! He was sweet and he said this was only his 2nd week but he got us in and out in no time!! Overall, a great experience!!!

Awesome car buying experience, working with my sales rep, Daniel Fleurimond! I live in MN and bought this car virtually with Daniel’s help. He made sure my paperwork got through finance, regardless of how complicated they made that process, conducted a virtual test drive with me and took good care of my 4Runner while I arranged to have it shipped to MN. Daniel was my point of contact for everything and was responsive every time I reached out. It’s not always easy to build trust with a sales rep you’ve never met, but Daniel did an awesome job making sure this deal went through without any issues. Service Department came through nicely in helping my wife get back on the road to see a dear friend in Georgia hospice care. After a "check engine" light repeatedly alerted, they did several diagnostics and a computer-linked road test to resolve the problem and get her on the way again. Kudos to Joel Love (Service Dept Manager) and to Colin on his team.

I cannot say enough great things about Cam and Marcus! They made this one of the most exceptional buying experiences we have ever had. Came for recall parts install, they ended up doing an inspection, filled the tires, car wash, fixed my license plate screws; all for $0 out the door. Took about 2hr, I got to see the Supra and Hayden was really nice and helped get us home on time.

Had a great experience with this dealership. I reached out to Michael Glasscock in sales to see if they could get to a price point on a new Land Cruiser, and match the trade value I wanted. They had a deal for me within a few hours. Another Toyota dealer in their region wouldn’t even start the conversation without being there in person. We drove up from Florida, completed the paperwork and went home in the new vehicle. Everything was smooth

What a pleasant surprise. I expected another fast talking dealership, but was met instead by a lovely representative, Ana, who quickly became my advocate. Within a few minutes, Ana ascertained what my needs were, and worked with management to obtain a fair price. This was all done over the phone over approximately 3 hours. The next day, I drove to Montgomery Toyota to test drive, inspect, and sign the paperwork (2 hours total). Later that day Ana delivered the vehicle because I had to drive my other vehicle home. Overall, a seamless experience thanks to Ana.
